• At least 5 years of experience as an account manager in staffing and recruitment
• HBO level of thinking and working

As a Senior Account Manager at Hero in Alkmaar, you elevate client relationships to a strategic level. You manage your own portfolio of major clients and serve as their primary point of contact for everything related to interim professionals. But you do more than manage: you think along at a strategic level and anticipate your clients' needs.

Hero places more than 3,000 interim professionals with leading organisations across the Netherlands, from complex government tenders to growing companies in technology and finance. You ensure that these clients are not only satisfied, but continue to expand their partnership with Hero.

Hero grows by an average of more than 40 percent annually. That growth is the direct result of account managers who build client relationships that truly matter. As a Senior AM, you take on the more complex clients and larger deals, combining sharp commercial instincts with genuine depth of knowledge.

Alongside managing your own portfolio, you coach junior account managers and contribute to the development of the team in Alkmaar.
