As a Trainee Recruiter in Hoorn, you'll start with the Hero Academy, an intensive training programme where you'll learn everything about recruitment, sales and communication. After that, you'll join the team and get to work for real.

Hero connects more than 2,000 interim professionals with clients across the Netherlands. As a recruiter, you are the link between those professionals and the organisations that need them. You'll be in daily contact with clients, candidates and colleagues. No two days are the same.

Hero Hoorn is a close-knit team with fresh leadership and big ambitions. Hero grows by 30 to 40 percent annually, and in Hoorn you'll feel that growth directly. As a trainee, you're joining at exactly the right moment and growing alongside the office.

Que vas-tu faire ?
  • Starting with the Hero Academy: training in recruitment, sales and communication
  • Actively sourcing interim professionals via phone, LinkedIn and your own network
  • Collaborating with account managers to make The Perfect Match
  • Conducting interviews and presenting candidates to clients
  • Growing from Trainee to fully-fledged recruiter
