At Hero, we don't believe in the perfect CV: we believe in the right mindset. As a Trainee Recruitment in Alkmaar, you will begin with an intensive training programme through the Hero Academy. There you will learn everything about sales, communication and recruitment techniques. After your Academy period, you will move into a team that continues to coach you.

As a recruiter at Hero, you create The Perfect Match. Hero connects more than 2,000 interim professionals with clients across the Netherlands. As soon as a client submits a request for an interim professional, you get to work. You collaborate with your team, leverage Hero's network and actively search for new professionals.

Hero grows by 30 to 40 percent every year. For you, that growth means plenty of opportunities to advance from Trainee to Junior, Medior and beyond. At Hero, you set your own pace.

Que vas-tu faire ?
  • Starting with the Hero Academy: intensive training in recruitment, sales and communication
  • Actively searching for and approaching interim professionals
  • Networking by phone and online to find the right candidates
  • Collaborating with account managers to create The Perfect Match
  • Conducting interviews and presenting candidates to clients
  • Developing yourself into a fully-fledged recruiter
