As a Recruiter Recruitment and Selection at Hero in Hoorn, you focus on permanently placing professionals with clients. Where our interim recruiters match on assignments, you build lasting career matches. You help candidates land their dream job and clients find their ideal colleague.

Hero connects more than 2,000 professionals with clients across the Netherlands. With the development of our Recruitment and Selection division, we are broadening that offering. You are the pioneer who builds this new service from Hoorn. You have the freedom to design processes, develop your own approach and grow a network.

Hero grows by 30 to 40 percent annually. You will feel that growth in the Recruitment and Selection division too: there is demand, there is ambition and there is room for you to make a real difference.

Que vas-tu faire ?
  • Recruiting and selecting candidates for permanent positions with clients
  • Conducting in-depth interviews and advising candidates on their careers
  • Advising clients on their staffing needs
  • Building a strong network of professionals and companies in the region
  • Collaborating with the commercial team at Hero Hoorn
  • Contributing to the further development of the R&S department
Qui es-tu ?
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or search and selection
  • HBO level of thinking and working
  • Strong in conducting conversations and reading people
  • Commercially oriented and results-driven
  • Available 40 hours per week, working full-time at the office in Hoorn
