As a Project Employee, you work from our head office in Wognum on the projects that move us forward. You do not organise from the sidelines. You dive in, take on the work, arrange what needs to be arranged and deliver. And once things are running smoothly, you are ready for the next challenge. No endless managing, just rolling up your sleeves and making things happen.

One moment you are at a new branch where the drills are running, calling the contractor, checking that the furniture arrives on time and making sure everything is in place. The next moment you are sitting alongside IT as a new system goes live, testing alongside the team, fielding the first questions and helping colleagues get to grips with it. And when a team is bumping up against its limits due to growth, you step in and restore the calm.

These are just a few examples. Projects are not limited to a renovation, a system or a struggling team. And that is precisely where you make the difference: you are there to support colleagues across the entire organisation and take work off their hands.

• You take on every project within Hero and see it through from start to finish yourself, from the fit-out of a new branch to the rollout of an improved process
• You jump in where needed and roll up your sleeves
• You monitor the progress of your projects and keep action lists tightly up to date so that nothing falls through the cracks
• You communicate clearly about what is happening, keep everyone informed and make sure agreements reach the right people
• You join internal meetings and collaborate with colleagues throughout the organisation

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree
• Whether you are just starting out or already have a few years of experience: both are very welcome
• You are precise, eager to learn and strong at planning
• You are a self-starter who does not wait around but gets stuck in
• You think in solutions and spot bottlenecks before they become problems
• You are a team player who communicates with ease, from colleagues to senior management
• You are available full-time: 40 hours per week, and you enjoy building something together at our office in Wognum
