As an MSP Consultant at Hero, you are the consistent link in the hiring process for major clients. Requests come in, and you make sure they are placed accurately, that candidates are put forward with confidence, and that the process runs smoothly from start to finish.

Hero places over 2,000 interim professionals with leading clients across the Netherlands, from large public sector organisations to technology companies and financial institutions. The MSP department at Schiphol is Hero's fastest-growing division, serving clients with high volumes and high standards. This is where you truly learn the profession, because the bar is high and the environment demanding enough to allow for real professional growth.

Hero grows by 30 to 40 percent annually, not through acquisitions, but through its own strength. As a Medior MSP Consultant, you join a department where progression to senior level is not the exception but the norm. Those who take ownership will be given more responsibility.

Que vas-tu faire ?
  • Review, distribute and monitor requests based on turnaround times within MSP contracts
  • Source, screen and present candidates to hiring managers at the client
  • Conduct quality interviews and position candidates based on their expertise
  • Manage the hiring process from request through to onboarding and extension
  • Collaborate with account managers and contract management to ensure a compliant process
  • Build market knowledge and proactively identify client needs
Qui es-tu ?
  • HBO level of thinking and working
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, staffing or a comparable role such as staffing consultant, account specialist or recruiter
  • Strong in planning, prioritising and managing processes
  • Excellent communicator, both with candidates and with clients
  • Results-driven and service-oriented mindset
  • Available full-time (40 hours): 3 days per week at our office at Schiphol, 2 days on-site at the client in Dordrecht
