Do you want to develop your talent for numbers in a hands-on environment? As a Financial Administration Employee, you ensure that our financial processes run smoothly, swiftly and accurately. You are the person who turns raw hour registrations into flawless invoices, and you do so with a sharp eye for detail. Switching gears quickly and working with precision come naturally to you: you spot discrepancies immediately, ask the right questions and resolve issues before they become problems.

You process purchase invoices from professionals, carefully verify data and maintain a clear overview, even under pressure. Especially during the first two weeks of the month, the busiest period, you keep a cool head and deliver precise work. Thanks to your helicopter view, you always see the big picture and know exactly what deserves priority.

Because you are in frequent contact with suppliers, freelancers and internal teams, you communicate clearly and effortlessly. You ask critical questions, contribute to solutions and take responsibility for your part of the process.

A role in which you learn a great deal, take on real responsibility and have clear opportunities to grow.

Within 3 months you will manage your own client portfolio and handle invoicing independently. After 6 months you will also take on payments and various checks on purchased and sold hours. And within 12 months you will be involved in client implementations and larger financial improvement projects.

What will you be doing

• You ensure timely and accurate invoicing of hours to our clients
• You reconcile purchase invoices and verify their accuracy and completeness
• You post purchase invoices and keep financial data up to date
• You liaise by phone with suppliers and freelancers regarding invoices, data and status updates
• You process bank mutations and monitor that payments are handled correctly
• You perform checks on purchased and sold hours
• You work closely with Sales and Contracts

• You are precise, analytical and able to perform well under pressure
• HBO working and thinking level, preferably with a financial background
• An affinity with IT and/or experience in the staffing or interim industry is a plus
• Experience with Business Central is an advantage
• Dutch at C2 level
• Strong communicator and a true team player
• Solution-oriented and capable of working independently
