Through the Hero Academy, we fast-track you to achieve real results.

Whenever a client of Hero submits a request for an interim professional, you and your team get to work finding The Perfect Match. To do this, you stay in close contact with the client, make use of Hero's candidate network, and search for professionals who are not yet part of our network. You make the difference by being creative, and you have no hesitation in picking up the phone regularly. Step by step, you build lasting relationships with clients and interim professionals.

Are you not yet a recruiter, but do you have the drive and ambition to become perhaps the best recruiter in the Netherlands? Then you have come to exactly the right place!

Hero Academy

We have our own academy. In the academy, we train trainees to become recruiters. During the first weeks of the traineeship, you will be trained in the academy, follow numerous training sessions, and receive hands-on guidance in your first steps as a recruiter.

Once you have completed your first weeks, you are ready to join your own team. Experienced colleagues within your team will support you in continuing your development and in becoming perhaps the best recruiter in the Netherlands.
