Alongside account management, you maintain active contact with the interim professionals working at your clients through Hero. This keeps you informed of everything that is happening and strengthens the bond with both client and candidate.

Que ferez-vous ?
  • Building and maintaining client relationships with organisations in the Hoorn region
  • Translating client needs into the right professionals
  • Collaborating with recruiters as one team
  • Field management: staying connected with interim professionals at client sites
  • Spotting and capitalising on commercial opportunities
  • Negotiating contracts, rates and terms
Qui êtes-vous ?
  • At least 3 years of experience as an accountmanager in staffing or recruitment
  • HBO level of thinking and working
  • Available 40 hours per week, working full-time at the office in Hoorn
  • Strong in relationship management and commercially sharp
  • A team player with a winning mentality
  • Results-driven and not afraid to take initiative
