As an Account Manager at Hero in Alkmaar, you are the trusted advisor for your clients. Not the supplier waiting for a call, but the partner who has already thought of the next step before the client even asks the question.

You make sure these clients are not just satisfied, but become true fans of Hero. Together with your recruitment team, you create The Perfect Match every single time.

Hero grows by 30 to 40 percent annually. That growth is no coincidence: it is the result of account managers who build client relationships that truly matter. You contribute to that directly.

You collaborate daily with recruiters, professionals and hiring managers. You are one team, depending on each other for success. Alongside account management, you play a role in field management: you stay connected with the interim professionals who are working at your clients through Hero.

Que vas-tu faire ?
  • Building and maintaining client relationships with clients in the Alkmaar region
  • Translating client needs into the right professionals, together with your recruitment team
  • Field management: maintaining active contact with interim professionals at client sites
  • Spotting commercial opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships
  • Negotiating contracts, rates and terms
  • Contributing to Hero's ambition to become the largest, finest and best company in the flexible staffing market
Qui es-tu ?
  • At least 3 years of experience as an account manager in staffing or recruitment
  • HBO level of thinking and working
  • Available 40 hours per week, full-time at the office in Alkmaar
  • Strong in relationship management and commercially sharp
  • A true team player who collaborates, supports and goes for shared success
  • Results-driven, entrepreneurial and not afraid to pick up the phone
