Requests come in, and you make sure they are placed accurately, that candidates are put forward with confidence, and that the process runs smoothly from start to finish.

Hero grows by 30 to 40 percent annually, not through acquisitions, but through its own strength. As a Medior MSP Consultant, you join a department where progression to senior level is not the exception but the norm. Those who take ownership will be given more responsibility.

• Review, distribute and monitor requests based on turnaround times within MSP contracts
• Source, screen and present candidates to hiring managers at the client
• Conduct quality interviews and position candidates based on their expertise
• Manage the hiring process from request through to onboarding and extension
• Collaborate with account managers and contract management to ensure a compliant process
• Build market knowledge and proactively identify client needs

• HBO level of thinking and working
• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, staffing or a comparable role such as staffing consultant, account specialist or recruiter
• Strong in planning, prioritising and managing processes
• Excellent communicator, both with candidates and with clients
• Results-driven and service-oriented mindset
• Available full-time (40 hours): 3 days per week at our office at Schiphol, 2 days on-site at the client in Dordrecht
