As a Business Developer at Hero in Hoorn, you are responsible for bringing in new clients in the region. Hero connects more than 3,000 interim professionals with clients across the Netherlands, and you make sure that more and more of those clients come from your region.

¿Qué vas a hacer?
  • Acquiring new clients through cold calling, networking and personal initiative
  • Presenting Hero to potential clients in the region
  • Translating prospects' needs into Hero's services
  • Collaborating with account managers and recruiters for a smooth handover
  • Contributing to bids and tenders
  • Contributing to the growth strategy of Hero Hoorn
¿Quién eres tú?
  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Commercially strong and results-driven
  • Not afraid to make cold calls and build new relationships
  • Experience in sales or business development, preferably in the flexible staffing market
  • Driving licence (you will regularly visit clients in the region)
  • Available 40 hours per week, full-time at the office in Hoorn
