Hero grows by an average of more than 40 percent per year, and Team MSP at Schiphol is right at the heart of that growth. Behind every successful assignment is a team that keeps contracts, reports and client relationships in excellent shape. You will be part of that process and see first-hand how interim placement for end clients works in practice, from initial contact to the go-live of an implementation.

This internship can be structured as a work placement or a graduation internship, depending on your programme and the stage you are in. Together we will determine what best fits your learning objectives.

¿Qué vas a hacer?
  • You support Team MSP with the day-to-day operational activities surrounding client implementations
  • You assist with drafting and updating reports and governance documents
  • You contribute ideas for improvements in processes and tooling within the Client Life Cycle
  • You gain experience with contract management and collaboration with clients and professionals
  • In the case of a graduation internship, you independently research a topic within the MSP proposition and deliver a thesis
¿Quién eres tú?
  • You are enrolled in a relevant bachelor's or master's programme, for example in HRM, Business Administration or Commercial Economics
  • You are available full-time for the duration of your internship and work from our office at Schiphol
  • You are curious, take initiative and are not afraid to ask questions
  • You write clearly and have an eye for detail, which comes in very handy when working on reports and documentation
  • You enjoy working in a fast-growing, informal organisation
