Are you a strong interim manager who can handle resistance while bringing people together? For a large care organisation in long-term elderly care, we are looking for an interim Wlz Manager to start at short notice. You will step in during a period of change: the span of control is being redesigned and team managers are regaining more room to lead their teams, manage absenteeism and drive results. You act as the link between the board and team managers, ensuring this change lands smoothly, even when not everyone is immediately on board. A temporary assignment of 4 to 6 months in which you make a direct impact on an organisation that is very much in motion.
