Hero guides challenging recruitment of Municipality of Medemblik

The desire to recruit in innovative ways, different from what people are used to in municipalities, is what won us over. In that, we found each other and with that as our starting point, we entered into the hybrid partnership. Everyone will understand; the world of Hero is totally different from that of a municipality. Nevertheless, we quickly managed to establish a smooth and successful collaboration, with creative thinking fueled on all sides.
The starting point for designing the campaign was the feedback that municipality employees shared with us. They particularly liked the fact that there is a lot of flexibility and freedom, that there is plenty of room to develop yourself and that all this takes place within a pleasant working environment with enthusiastic colleagues. The special (growth) projects the municipality is working on were also mentioned remarkably often.
With the theme ‘Grow Along!’, we managed to translate that feedback, which immediately represents the municipality's ambition.
Last Monday, the campaign went live and everything has been pulled out; billboards, trade and daily newspapers, various social channels, bus shelters, advertising masts and more. Both inside and outside the municipality, people are going to come across the expressions in the coming months. In short .... it has begun! We are hoping for many enthusiastic new colleagues for the Municipality of Medemblik, so that all ambitions can be realised!
PS: Special thanks to @NHD for the article they published on this. Very nice read!
