New Hero alert
New colleagues started at Hero again this month, including two trainees; Fenna Wilcke and Tabitha Karel. Fenna (left) and Tabitha (right) both started at team Contract Management, where we have not employed trainees before, so therefore extra fun!
Tabitha is currently in the final stages of her Master's degree in Law (Private Law profile) and for her, this is therefore the distinct opportunity to gain knowledge and experience and thus take steps in her development. ‘’It particularly appeals to me that a lot of time and attention is paid to the induction process’’.
It is mainly the combination of a nice workplace and being able to develop in an interesting sector that was the deciding factor for Fenna. “I have already been able to experience some great milestones, including the 15-year anniversary, where Hero's core values came out well.’
What do Fenna and Tabitha hope to learn in the coming period? Working independently, liaising with candidates and clients and contributing to the process around external hiring.
