This year, we are again working very hard to continue building Hero. Not only in terms of size, but certainly also in terms of quality and culture.

Thus, we continue to work hard to further strengthen our team-player culture. In addition, a record number of new IT systems went live in the second quarter of this year. On the one hand, systems that were sometimes worked on for years. On the other hand, AI tools and systems developed and implemented at record speed. We stick to our vision of service through people, and human contact where desired. But in addition, we have now also rigged up an entirely in-house AI development team.
Growth continues too! And we are therefore eagerly looking forward to receiving the key to our newest office at Schiphol on 1 October! The Schiphol team is already in full swing in Alkmaar. But our doors are certainly still open for new high-flyers!

Those who thought tenders are only for fat suits and old coffee machines are mistaken.
Hero has been working with organisations that impress at birthday parties for years: Action, Vitens, Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, Utrecht University and Dura Vermeer, to name but a few. And anyone paying close attention will see that this list keeps growing.
New successes
In addition, Hero has increasingly been winning large tenders within the interim IT domain in recent years. One of the cherries on that cake? The collaboration with the central government. Anyone who thought Hero was sponsoring the Dutch football team has fallen in with their eyes wide open. Earlier, we played a game via social media, but now it is time for the real news: Hero is proud sponsor of the Dutch dodgeball team.
Sporting cooperation
In the land of ball games, dodgeball is doing well. With our support, the national team can step into the gym even sharper. We do not provide a captain's armband, but the energy to bounce forward together.

It sounds like a joke, but nothing could be further from the truth: indeed, our office in Hoorn caught fire. Fortunately, the damage was limited, but the smoke has just cleared from the walls or the next thing is already ablaze: Hero's growth. So we are looking for reinforcements. Now, not later.
