Doors Hero Academy opened!
With ambition comes growth. With growth comes development. And with development comes... the Hero Academy! 🎓
Since this year, we have our own training centre where all our employees receive ongoing education and training. This includes the new Hero Recruitment Traineeship, a two- to four-month programme that prepares new, inexperienced colleagues for a career as a Hero recruiter. People with commercial talent!
With the academy, we safeguard our knowledge, skills and experience. And thus our services and craftsmanship.
The doors of the Hero Academy opened on 4 March; the day the first revamped Hero Recruitment Traineeship started! And another one will start next month. The traineeship offers participants a varied programme with plenty of room for personal development and professional knowledge, but relaxation and sportsmanship are also included. And after that? Then the title ‘trainee’ is quickly shed and further development is undertaken.
