Bovib - as an independent association and a discussion partner for politicians - is committed to the highest possible quality in an increasingly complex flex market. The members entitled to carry the Bovib quality mark therefore distinguish themselves in quality, are financially healthy and comply with measures and current legislation and regulations. This is tested annually through an independent, external audit.

Apart from this focus on quality, the Bovib is also no stranger to another phenomenon; growth! For instance, the association recently joined VNO-NCW and chairman Marc Nijhuis recently reinforced his board with four new members, of which ‘our’ Saskia Kapper is one. Together with Sarah Goossens, Florine Onderwijzer and Giancarlo Balzarelli, she will make an important contribution to a mature hiring market, with clear legislation and the right balance in supply and demand.

Saskia is clear about her joining the board: “In recent years, the Bovib has already achieved nice growth. Now we are on the eve of new developments, new legislation and next steps for our industry association. I am happy to make my contribution, together with our members and the new board, to work on further growth.”
