- At least a completed bachelor's degree (HBO level)
- A starter or with a minimum of 1 year of work experience
- Curious, energetic and not afraid to take initiative
- An interest in recruitment, sales or working with people
- Strong communication skills
- Commercially minded and eager to learn
- A team player with a positive mindset
- Available full-time (40 hours) at the office in Hoorn

You will work closely with experienced Corporate Recruiters and hiring managers, learn how to sharpen candidate profiles and help build a strong talent pool. From first contact to signed contract: you will learn how to create a truly distinctive candidate experience.
