You ensure that Hero is visible in the labour market and that we know how to find the right people. In this role, the focus is entirely on active recruitment. From our office in WTC Schiphol, you will spend each day searching for, approaching and enthusing candidates. Sourcing and hunting are in your DNA, but you always look beyond numbers. You take the time to get to know candidates well and carefully assess whether there is a genuine, lasting match.

You are the go-to Talent Acquisition contact at our Schiphol location and you take ownership of this independently. At the same time, you are never on your own: from other Hero locations, you always have a TA colleague to exchange ideas with, share insights and keep each other sharp.

You contribute to thinking about where and how we reach talent, but your strength lies above all in execution: targeted searching, personal outreach and thorough follow-up. Throughout this process, you ensure a pleasant, professional and distinctive candidate experience.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, your daily activities will include:

• Actively sourcing and hunting for candidates across a variety of channels
• Approaching candidates in a targeted and personal way, with an eye for quality and cultural fit
• Conducting (initial) interviews and carefully assessing the quality of each match
• Building and maintaining a high-quality talent pool
• Guiding candidates throughout the full recruitment process
• Contributing ideas on employer branding and the visibility of Hero in the labour market
• Aligning with internal stakeholders on vacancies, expectations and progress
• Identifying opportunities and improvements within the recruitment process.

You are practically minded, a strong communicator and results-driven, without ever losing sight of the human side of recruitment. You love making progress, but it is equally important to you that things are done right.

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• At least bachelor's level thinking and working ability
• Available for 40 hours per week
• You get energised by sourcing and hunting, but always select candidates with care and intention
• You communicate with ease and switch effortlessly between candidates and colleagues
• You are curious, enthusiastic and tenacious
• Experience with stakeholder management is a plus.
