As a Project Medewerker, you work from our head office in Wognum on the projects that move us forward. You don't organise from the sidelines. You jump in, pick up the work, arrange whatever needs arranging and deliver. And as soon as it's up and running, you're ready for the next one. No endless managing, just rolling up your sleeves and making it happen.

One moment you're standing in a new branch where the drills are running, calling the contractor, checking that the furniture arrives on time and making sure everything is in its place. The next moment you're sitting next to IT while a new system goes live, testing along, handling the first questions and helping colleagues get the hang of it. And if a team is hitting its limits because of growth, you pull up a chair and bring back the calm.
