MSP Consultant (Medior)|

Requests come in, and you make sure they are placed with the right parties, that candidates are presented compellingly and that the process runs smoothly from start to finish.

• Reviewing, placing and monitoring requests against turnaround times within MSP contracts
• Sourcing, screening and presenting candidates to hiring managers at the client organisation
• Conducting quality interviews and positioning candidates on their substantive merits
• Overseeing the hiring process from request through to onboarding and extension
• Collaborating with account managers and contract administration to ensure a compliant process
• Building market knowledge and proactively identifying client needs

• HBO level of thinking and working
• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, employment services or a comparable role such as staffing consultant, account specialist or recruiter
• Strong planning, prioritisation and process management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both with candidates and with clients
• Results-driven and service-oriented mindset
• Available full-time (40 hours): 3 days per week at our office at Schiphol, 2 days on-site at the client's location in Dordrecht
