Do you want to further develop your talent for numbers in practice? As a Financial Administration Employee, you ensure that our financial processes run smoothly, efficiently and without errors. You are the one who turns raw hour registrations into flawless invoices, and you do so with a sharp eye for detail. Switching quickly and working accurately come naturally to you: you immediately notice when something is off, ask the right questions and resolve it before it becomes a problem.

You process purchase invoices from professionals, carefully verify data and maintain a clear overview, even when the pressure is high. Especially during the first two weeks of the month, the peak period, you keep a cool head and deliver precise work. Thanks to your helicopter view, you always see the bigger picture and know exactly what to prioritise.

Because you have frequent contact with suppliers, freelancers and internal teams, you communicate clearly and effortlessly. You ask critical questions, think along in finding solutions and take responsibility for your part of the process.

A role in which you learn a great deal, are given real responsibility and can continue to grow.

Within 3 months you will manage your own client portfolio and invoice independently. After 6 months you will also take on payments and various checks on purchased and sold hours. And within 12 months you will be involved in client implementations and larger financial improvement initiatives.

• You ensure timely and accurate invoicing of hours to our clients
• You reconcile purchase invoices and verify their accuracy and completeness
• You enter purchase invoices and keep financial data up to date
• You maintain telephone contact with suppliers and freelancers regarding invoices, details and status updates
• You process bank mutations and monitor that payments are handled correctly
• You perform checks on purchased and sold hours
• You work closely with Sales and Contracts

• You are accurate, analytical and able to work well under pressure
• HBO working and thinking level, preferably with a financial background
• A plus if you have an affinity with IT and/or experience in the secondment or interim industry
• Experience with Business Central is a welcome bonus
• Dutch at C2 level
• Strong communicator and a true team player
• Solution-oriented and able to work independently
