  • 40 Stunden voller Energie: Eine 40-Stunden-Arbeitswoche mit viel Freiheit, Spaß und einer guten Portion Humor. Und um 17.00 Uhr sitzt du im Auto nach Hause, rechtzeitig zum Abendessen.
  • Rentenaufbau: Ab dem ersten Tag bauen wir gemeinsam an deiner Zukunft, mit einer guten Rentenregelung.
  • Frei, wenn du willst: 25 Urlaubstage auf Vollzeitbasis, die du einfach nimmst, wann du sie brauchst.

  • Starting with the Hero Academy: intensive training in sales, recruitment, and communication
  • Discovering where your commercial strength lies: recruitment, account management, or business development
  • Actively working alongside the team in Schiphol
  • Quickly taking on responsibility and growing in your role
  • Collaborating with experienced colleagues who guide and challenge you

You start with the Hero Academy: an intensive training program where you'll learn the commercial fundamentals. After that, you'll move into the team in Schiphol. Together with your team coach, you'll determine which direction suits you best.
