Service Delivery Manager

For one of our clients in the Noord-Holland region we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager
 

Werkzaamheden:

The client wants to setup and professionalize their Service Delivery department. This means that the Service Delivery Manager needs to:

  • Determine and organize the Service Delivery department and bring it to a professional level
  • Define the service levels and manage the involved suppliers
  • Ensure service levels are met, manage and report on performance and corrective actions
  • Manage business stakeholder relationships and expectations

  
 

Functie-eisen:

  • You have 5+ years experience as a Service Delivery Manager (must)
  • You have knowledge of and experience with Applications/Cloud technology
  • You have knowledge of and experience with the ITIL principles
  • You know how to manage/negotiate SLA’s and take the necessary actions
  • You have experience with setting up and professionalizing a Service Delivery department
  • You have experience within the logistical sector (pre)
  • You have knowledge of and experience with SAP (pre)

 
Start: 10-10-2019
Inzet: 40 uur per week
Duur: 6 months with possible extension
