(onsite) IT Support Specialist
We are looking for a (onsite) IT Support Specialist for one of our clients in Hoofddorp the region.
– Perform 1st onsite support activities for office applications and business applications of the countries and HQ
– Providing (after) care to the end-users
– Align and communicate with 2nd/3rd line support team/system engineers/other?
– Daily signaling and reporting
– 1-3 years of professional working experience in a 1st Line Support role
– Experience in working with ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow)
– Excellent command of MS Office applications, AD, Windows 7 & 10
– Excellent language skills in English (main language), Dutch is a plus
Inzet: 40 uur per week
Duur: 6-12 months with possible extension
