For us, candidates and clients are central; dedicated account teams are constantly learning focusing on them. We find out from candidates what they are able to do. Where they thrive best, what their personality is and where their ambition lies. We assess them on hard skills and whether they fit into the organizational culture.

OUR PROCESS

1. REQUEST
Within 1 hour of receipt: Confirm request and process in recruitment system.
2. ANALYSIS
Within 1 hour of receipt: Contact the requester to obtain additional information. Make the request SMART.
3. APPROACH
Within 1 hour of receipt of request: Approach candidate pool, own database, suppliers. Disseminate through recruitment channels and proactive hunts.
4. SELECTION
Continuous: Process all responses. Prepare long list based on hard criteria. Short list based on further analysis (minimum 3 candidates).
5. INTAKE
Continuous: Personal conversations according to STAR method. Knowledge, experience and skills. Investigate references and screen PES documents.
6. VERIFICATION
Continuous: Approve documents, follow-up with received references and confirm agreements in writing. Data check for intake interview.
7. OFFER
Within 2 days of receipt of the request: Present the best candidate/candidates, including personal cover letter. Assess Hero.
