The Compliance Quick Scan from Hero gives organisations quick and accessible insight into the level of compliancy with regard to hiring.
Since Minister van Gennip's latest progress letter (16 December last), this has again become a relevant issue for many organisations. In particular, because of organisational embedding.
The progress letter develops three main elements, with organisational embedding as an important assessment element in determining whether self-employment (self-employment) is possible.
The Compliance Quick Scan is free and non-binding.
Broadly speaking, we check the following aspects at the individual (deployment) level to determine whether an organisation is hiring compliantly:
- Initial assignment start date
- Start date current assignment
- Assignment end date
- Is there a break in the assignment? (if yes, from / to)
- Rate self-employed
- Hours per week (contracted)
- Assignment description
Depending on the answers given, risks are classified as low, medium or high.
