Module 1
Module 2
Recruitment is all about making the right connection – in people, in skills and in the world of commercial work. In this module, we dive deeper into what it means to find truly great matches. You will learn how to lead the right conversations, ask the right questions and offer the clarity candidates and clients need.
With clever search techniques, modern tools and practical tips, you will learn to spot the right people faster and better. You will discover how not only to find someone, but also to enthuse them for an assignment. Your first successful experiences of ‘hunting’ will give you energy and confidence. So you develop the skills that will help you make real matches, not just a click, but a lasting collaboration that benefits everyone.
Module 3
At Hero, building relationships goes beyond recruitment. It’s about connection, motivation, trust and collaboration. In this module, you’ll learn how to actively create and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
You practice making phone calls, learn to ask the right questions and work on techniques to keep your conversations natural and effective. This is where your confidence grows, as well as your commercial skills. You’ll learn how to communicate with impact – skills that will support you throughout your career.
Module 4
Your last module revolves around real-life assignments and situations. You’ll join your team more actively, take ownership, and sharpen your commercial and communication skills. At this point, you are ready to spread your wings within the Hero family and really start growing your career.

Module 4
Your last module revolves around real-life assignments and situations. You’ll join your team more actively, take ownership, and sharpen your commercial and communication skills. At this point, you are ready to spread your wings within the Hero family and really start growing your career.
