Welcome Max, Kenneth, Julia, Mitchel, Sanne, Tim, Marco, Waleah, Nick, Marcel, Marit, Ruth, Iris & Ramon! What a fantastic start to the year, as these 14 toppers started Hero's onboarding week this week full of energy and enthusiasm. Five days full of inspiration, knowledge and connection!
During this week, they dive into Hero's story together: who we are, what we stand for, and how we make an impact every day. With interactive sessions, inspiring presentations and, of course, plenty of fun, they will learn all about our mission and way of working. Whether they are at the start of their careers, like Max and Julia, and dreaming of a flying start, or whether they bring experience and are looking for a place where their ideas really make a difference, like Marco and Iris - at Hero they will find room to grow.
The great thing is that they do not embark on this adventure alone. Together, they go through the onboarding, learn from each other and immediately build strong connections.
