Healthcare knowledge session on developments in hiring self-employed workers
There are many developments surrounding the hiring of self-employed workers in healthcare. One in particular is the future draft bill Verduidelijking Beoordeling Arbeidsrelaties en Rechtsverm presumption (VBAR).
To be well prepared for the possible implications of the VBAR for current and future PNIL, Hero organised a Care + Lunch Knowledge Session last week. Because the knowledge needs were inventoried in advance, the session was able to zoom in on current and relevant topics.
The content, attendance, attendees, guest speakers, interaction and the well catered lunch led to a valuable meeting. Knowledge was shared, awareness was raised and many insights and experiences were shared.
We hope this will have given all attendees a contribution to good preparation.
