What is your name?
Yori Klaassen Bos
What do your colleagues call you?
Yori Yori, which is from a Nigerian song, which of course gets played on the speakers when my colleagues want to sour me. Check it out on Spotify. 
What do you do for our customers?
I am responsible for the sales team. I ensure that all processes are set up properly so that everyone can perform optimally. For our customers, that of course means that they are supported in the right way. And in doing so, we are always looking for new collaborations and partnerships with our team. Finally, from my role I am closely involved in the tendering processes in which Hero tenders.
What are you working on now?
Ensuring that the Hero sales team grows quickly and qualitatively, with the right guidance. We are doing very well at the moment, so by January 2021 we want to start new colleagues so that we can serve even more customers qualitatively. To this end, we are looking for account managers and business developers, i.e. young enthusiastic people who think it is cool to work for a growth company.
