1st line Support Specialist
For one of our clients in the Rotterdam region we are looking for a 1st line Support Specialist.
- Perform 1st line support activities for office applications and business applications of the countries and HQ
- Providing aftercare to the end-users
- Align and communicate with 2nd line support team
- Develop and improve business applications together with software suppliers and internal customers
- Support the Roll-out Team during the roll-out of the business applications to the countries
Daily signaling and reporting
- 1-3 years of professional working experience in a 1st Line Support role
- Experience in working with ticketing systems (preferably Jira)
- Excellent language skills in Dutch and English
- Language skills in French is a big plus
- Experience in working with SQL-database is a plus
Inzet: 40 uur per week
Duur: 3 maanden met optie op verlenging
